What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free watches one route once a week. Pro is 9 euro a month or 90 a year and watches 25 routes every night, with stopovers, ground transport and Telegram alerts.
How do I cancel?
Change plan or cancel from your account page in one click. Cancelling keeps Pro running until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I get my money back?
The short version of the refund policy: cancel any time, ask within 14 days of a first payment, and billing mistakes are always put right.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Deleting your account removes the account, its sessions, its watches and its sign-ins immediately. Here is exactly what goes, what is kept, and for how long.
What data does Fare Sniper keep about me?
An email address, a password hash, the routes you watch, the searches you run and the alerts you were sent. No card details and no passenger data, ever.
