Changing plan
- Open your account.
- Choose Change plan and pick the one you want.
- An upgrade takes effect immediately. A downgrade to Free is treated as a cancellation, so you keep Pro until the date you have already paid for.
Cancelling
- Open your account.
- Press Cancel. The page will confirm the date your plan runs to.
- Nothing is charged after that date. You do not have to email anyone, and there is no retention flow to click through.
What happens to your watches
They are not deleted. When a Pro account drops to Free, the plan limits apply again - one active watch, weekly checks, thirty days of history. The rest are kept and come back if you resubscribe. If you want them gone, delete them, or delete the whole account.
Money back
Refunds and the 14 day withdrawal period for digital services are in the refund and cancellation policy. If something went wrong with a payment, use the contact form with the Billing category and include the date and the amount.
Card details never touch Fare Sniper. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and we only ever see whether a subscription is active.
