Deleting
- Open your account.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Type your email address exactly, to confirm.
- Press delete. It is immediate and there is no undo.
What is removed
- Your account row, including your email address and password hash.
- Every session, so every device is logged out.
- Any linked social sign-in.
- Your watches, your wishlist and your alert history.
What is kept, and why
- Anonymous route price history. A record that Vilnius to Amsterdam on a given date cost 84 euro is about a route, not about you, and it is what makes the median comparison possible for everyone.
- Server logs, for a short operational window. They contain request paths and timings, not your searches.
- Anything an accounting law requires us to keep about a payment. The payment processor holds those records, not us - see the privacy policy.
If you would rather not delete everything
- Delete individual watches in Settings and the alerts stop.
- Switch every channel off if you only want the noise to stop.
- Downgrade to Free rather than deleting, and keep the account.
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it on your behalf, using the contact form with the Privacy category. The rights you have under the GDPR are listed in the privacy policy.
