- Cancelling is free and instant to arrange. Your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
- Ask within 14 days of a first payment and it is refunded, no reason needed. That is the EU right of withdrawal for digital services. Some traders ask you to waive it in exchange for immediate access. We do not ask for that waiver, so you keep the right and get the product on the same day.
- We never charge for a flight, so there is never a flight to refund. The only thing you ever buy from us is the subscription.
- A billing mistake - a double charge, a charge after cancelling - is corrected in full whenever you notice it.
