Watches and alerts
Setting up a route to track, and controlling how often it is allowed to interrupt you.
What is a watch?
A watch is a standing question - these origins, these destinations, this date window, this trip length, alert me under this price - that Fare Sniper re-answers on a schedule.
How often will Fare Sniper message me?
Four rules decide whether a price is worth telling you about, and three limits decide whether it may interrupt you: a 48 hour repeat window, six pushes a day, and quiet hours.
Why have I not had any alerts?
An empty inbox means either nothing beat your target or nothing was checked. Those are very different, and here is how to tell them apart.
