Software that is confidently wrong is worse than software that says nothing. If a figure does not survive common sense, treat it as a bug and tell us. Genuinely - a Madrid trip from the Baltics priced at 145 euro looked fine to a green test suite and was still wrong.
Check these first, they take a minute
- The priced-at timestamp. Anything hours old should be re-checked before you judge it.
- The passenger count and cabin. Two passengers is a different price.
- Whether the figure is a true cost or a bare fare. Ours has the bag and the ground leg in it.
- Whether the trip is one booking or several. Several means there is no single price at any airline to compare with.
What to send us
Use the contact form and pick the Problem category. Include the link to the journey page - it carries the identifiers we need - along with the route, the dates, what we said and what the airline said. A screenshot helps. The form quietly attaches which page you came from and your account, so you do not have to.
When it is not a price
- A page that fails to load or an action that does nothing - Problem category, and say what you clicked.
- An alert that never arrived - read why you have not had an alert first, it is usually answered there.
- Something you are unhappy about rather than something broken - pick the Complaint category. It goes to the same person and it is read.
Reports of a wrong number are the single most useful thing anyone sends us. Every one gets a reply.
